About Us
Thrive was founded in 2016 serving 75 students. Since then we have served over 3,000 students. We accomplish this through our three main programs.
TAC is a Leadership training program. Up to 30 students are selected each year. They serve alongside our team of volunteer mentors to deliver Thrive's programs. Students gain real-world experience in Event Planning, Social Media, Video Production, & Outreach while learning critical thinking, project & time management, teamwork and communication skills.
Open Events, programs,, and mini workshops on Financial Literacy, Career & College Readiness, Entrepreneurship & Leadership. 2026 Topics include: Leadership = Lead YOUR Ship • Personal Finance • LEAP into College • Work in the Trades • BTS Career Tours • Think Like an Entrepreneur • Mental Health Workshops
Educational and Recreational! Community Based evenings offering Dozens of skill building activities, food, and fun. Summer PopUps gets students off the phones and out of the house to meet new people and learn new things!
